ASKO Oslofjord

The goal of the project was to create scalable rooms with intuitive control, high speech intelligibility, and opportunities for seamless integration of sound and image.

Core AV has provided a comprehensive AV solution that covers both flexibility and functionality:

• Four large meeting rooms with partition walls: These can easily be opened up and transformed into one or two larger rooms. The audio and video systems automatically adjust to the room layout.

• Ceiling-integrated sound system: A total of 16 speakers are installed across the four rooms, along with 4 microphones. The system ensures very good speech intelligibility, regardless of configuration. For larger meetings and presentations, a multi-camera solution is used.

• Standalone meeting room: A separate meeting room is set up on the same floor, but this room shares AVoIP infrastructure and control system with the main rooms.

• Small meeting rooms: Several smaller meeting rooms are equipped with screens and smart video bars for user-friendly and efficient meetings.

• Digital Signage: Information screens are installed in common areas for displaying relevant information and updates.

ASKO now has a future-oriented and user-friendly meeting place in Hanekleiva. The scalable solutions ensure effective use of the premises, while advanced technology provides an optimal meeting experience - for both small and large groups.
