The Cisco Webex Teams collaboration platform was implemented throughout the company. All meeting rooms and quiet rooms are equipped with Cisco Webex screens, which recognize you when you enter the room, and easily allow you to present wirelessly and have video meetings with interactivity from both sides. Additionally, a multi-room audio solution has been provided for the entire 2nd and 3rd floors (including two terraces), with zoning and the ability to play music or sound from presentations where desired.

In the common area on the 2nd floor and in the sales department on the 6th floor, 10 m2 LED screens have been installed, which create a real wow effect and are used for communication with both employees and guests. Info screens have also been rolled out, and the marketing department has received a highly flexible system that is easily managed via the web. An open presentation area on the 3rd floor posed a bit of a challenge for us, with a high atrium and glass surfaces all around. The solution was to design a freestanding video wall with a 110-inch screen, integrated audio, and Cisco video conferencing. This is rolled out during larger presentations and otherwise stands as an impressive information screen.

We have also created a Green Room that is used for podcast productions and other photo and video recordings. Here, it is easy to film while adding a chosen background and subtitles.

Finally, we must mention that for the first time we have provided AV solutions for restrooms. In three "outdoor toilets," we have supplied standing signage screens that provide a nice view of Norwegian nature, or perhaps a moose? And all to the tunes from a well-integrated Sonos system.
